Our objective is to help manage 401k volatility.  Controlling portfolio volatility can increase overall returns (particularly in the short term) and provide a much more comfortable ride for the participant.

The first step is to assess your current 401k to determine its competitiveness from an administrative, investment and cost-effective perspective.

Should a plan change be warranted, our next step would be to help identify the provider and plan that best suits the needs of your company.  From there we work with both the sponsor and participants to establish, implement and/or convert the plan as smoothly as possible.

As part of our implementation process, we develop an education program for the participants.  We treat education as an ongoing process, rather than an event. In partnership with you, we help take on fiduciary responsibility while continuing to work to increase enrollment.

We help sponsors improve retirement plan results by working to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.  We work closely with sponsors to help them meet DOL compliance requirements in addition to providing ongoing on-site educational opportunities.

Our Services Include:

  • Initial Evaluation:
    We offer a free in-depth analysis of your current 401k.  We evaluate your current plan expenses, investment performance, and options against other providers.  If a change would benefit you, we will work with you to make the transition as seamless as possible.
     
  • Investment Selections:
    We provide continual monitoring of investment choices for platform performance, risk and suitability.

     
  • Tactical Managed Programs:
    Our programs include a broad range of investment and managed account alternatives and models to provide each participant a reasonable opportunity to help control the volatility and ultimate satisfaction in their accounts.

     
  • Compliance (Fiduciary) Assistance:
    We work closely with the sponsor to help meet the ERISA 404(c) and 408(b)(2) requirements.

     
  • Ongoing On-Site Educational Meetings:
    We will work to help increase enrollment and motivate employees to save as much as possible for retirement.  We will help educate participants on how to effectively manage their accounts and provide face-to-face consultations for those nearing retirement.
